We collect personal data only when it is voluntarily submitted through the opportunity submission form on our contact page: name, company (optional), email address, opportunity type, a short description of the opportunity, an optional link to a website or documentation, and an optional file attachment.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to review and respond to the opportunity, business, asset or partnership you have submitted. We do not use this data for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share it with third parties other than the service provider strictly necessary to deliver the form submission to us (see Section 6).
4. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing this data is your consent, given at the moment you voluntarily complete and submit the form.
5. Data Retention
We retain submitted data for as long as is reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the opportunity, and no longer than is required by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Processors
Our contact form is delivered using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, which transmits form submissions to our email inbox. No database or server operated by Capital Ibiza stores form submissions independently of this email delivery.
7. Your Rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. 8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data submitted to us. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
